AT MRT, we offer our customers outstanding CNC conventional machining services. Our many machining processes include work roll lathing, roll covering, parting, cutting, facing and a wide variety of turning and threading. Our machinery is state-of-the-art and it can handle your heaviest machining jobs quickly and cost-effectively. Your parts can be made of any number of metals or plastic polymers; can measure up to 72" in diameter; and weigh up to 80 tons. With two heavy-duty 500-ton wheel presses, we can even handle difficult rebuilds of heavy rolls.
