A proper evaluation of a customer's problem includes a thorough study of every paramerter that has a direct or indirect influence on the activity under study. This can be on a macro scale, such as labor disputes, or on a micro scale such as a failed bearing. Before MRT Inc. issues a recommendation based on our findings we commit to understanding the following sampling of potential parameters that may have resulted in the problem at hand.

No evaluation will be issued until MRT Inc. has reached a level of confidence worthy of your needs. We will never issue a report or recommendation until the proper levels of management are informed as defined by your hierarchy of management. If no report is required, then we will simply solve the problem and move on to the next one. Our intent is to build a long term customer/service provider relationship. We have had years of experience solving specific industrial problems, all of which affect the bottom line of the customer. Allow us the opportunity to prove ourselves.
