Failure Analysis

It is very common in the industrial arena to experience an unexpected failure. If your company has had a failure that seems to be unexplainable, give us a call. We will study the failure starting with the lowest level of particle movement at the fracture/failure point and work our way out to the highest level of interface with the application. This may include maintenance practices, operational practices, material misapplications, changes in the equipment demands or even the operating environment. We will issue a detailed report complete with documentations as to the findings. Often, after the root cause of the failure is identified, we can recommend a change in the design that will prevent reoccurrence of the failure.
