3.) Recommendation
4.) Implementation

The typical repair facility will consider the job done by this point, but this is not the case with MRT Inc. We have taken ownership of the problem presented to us and this ownership will last until the equipment has normalized and is no longer a problem on your desk. However, we have learned that problems can disappear with hard team work of our people working with yours, and we have also learned that the problem may reoccur if the proper changes are not followed up with our support activites. Modifications to prints, writing new job procedures or training and purging spare parts of the old design are only a few of the follow-up support factors that you can expect from your MRT Inc. staff.
